Halloween Special

“Halloween Special”

“Premonitions” is the only story I actually wrote for this Halloween Special. Staring Brandon and Marla Wallace from A Broken Promise

“Veronica” is a Spanish Urban legend; I can’t take credit for this story, since it has been told since I was a child… I added special touches to it, just to make the story…

“ Humans Can Lick too” The most disturbing Urban Legend I had read, lol I couldn’t sleep the night I first read it… You have been warned, read it at your own risk!

Enjoy and Happy Halloween!

I couldn’t sleep; I got off the bed, and went downstairs. It was not that late and for a Friday night it was awfully quite.

I looked through the window. Even thought the sky was blue and full with stars the rain kept falling.

There was a woman in black in the middle of the road.

In a blink of an eye she came inside, the door was locked and yet she was inside.

I didn’t know what to say, what to do, I was afraid, to look into her eyes. I moved out of her way.

She looked at me. Her eyes were cold, her gaze indifferent. She headed upstairs,

It looked like she had been there a thousand times, she knew her way around perfectly.

I wanted to follow her, but I couldn’t move. I was shaking; the room had gotten so cold.

When I came back to my senses I was standing outside, in the same spot I first saw the woman.

I looked up and saw her standing in my balcony, she looked down at me, closed her eyes and open up her arms…

She jumped...

NOOOOOOOOOOO! I cried.

Everything had been a nightmare…

Next day, I woke up at three in the morning because of some dogs howling.

The noise they were making was disturbing; it was like they were trying to tell me something bad was about to happen.

I looked through the window and I saw just one dog, he sounded like 5.

Later that day a neighbor came to visit.

“You don’t look to well, darling, is something wrong?” the sweet old lady asked…(I have known her for ever)

“I’m fine, I’m just a little bit tired, couldn’t sleep last night”. I told her about the black dog and all the noise he was making.

She looked back at me, and her face had gone pale.

“A black dog” “that’s not good” she said.

“Why not?”

“If the black dog visits your house once, it shall be for joy, and if twice, it shall be for sorrow, if he comes back the third time you shall die”

*-*-*

I couldn’t stop thinking about what the old lady said, I begged G-d not to let that dog come to my house again.

It was 10 pm, Brandon was working late, and Carl was already sleeping, I was drinking some coffee when I heard the dog again.

There he was again. Howling, barking at the moon. He looked at me, and walked away.

“The third time you shall die”

*-*-*-*-*

Next day it was our 10th anniversary, Gloria was taking care of Carl. Brandon was driving when the dog cross our path.

“The third time, you shall die”

The dog was not the only one crossing our path, the woman dress in black was there too by his side… she looked directly into my eyes, and pointed at me… That’s when I knew we were going to die…

The breaks were not responding, we crashed into a tree. In less that a minute the car was on fire, we couldn’t escape. It was our destiny.

If the black dog visits your house once, it shall be joy, and if twice, it shall be for sorrow. If he comes back the third time, you shall die…

“VERONICA”

*-* --Spanish urban legend--*-*

Vanessa was a young female who had just graduated from college. Together with two other girls she rented an apartment Downtown.

One summer night, she was alone in her apartment, her roommates had decided to go out. Vanessa wasn’t feeling good, so she decided to stay home.

There were four knocks in her door, she opened thinking it was one of her roommates who had forgot something… For her surprised it was a little girl, a beautiful girl with big and bright brown eyes, she was around 7 years old.

“Hi… my name is Veronica, I’m lost and hungry”

Vanessa let her in, gave her a cake and milk.

“Do you know your phone number?”

“No”

“Your address?”

“No”

“Eat, I will take you to the police when you are done eating.”

The little girl looked at her plate then looked back at Vanessa and smiled… She ate her cake so fast, Vanessa told her to take her time, but Veronica didn’t listen, she was so hungry.

“When was the last time you ate something?”

“Don’t know…Can't remember!”

Can I have more cake?

Vanessa went back to the kitchen to get more cake for the little girl...

When she came back, Veronica was already sleeping on the sofa…

She took her to the bedroom and tucked her in her bed; she let her sleep all night. “I will take her to the police tomorrow morning”. She thought

Next day she went back to the bedroom and to her surprise Veronica was gone…

A week later, Veronica came back and everything was just like the first time.
The milk, the cake, and Veronica falling asleep next day she was gone again.

Vanessa was worried about the little girl, so she decided to go to the police, she told them everything, but they said nobody had reported a missing girl.

She visited every police station and she also searched in every single hospital in town, but she got nothing.

Veronica seemed to be a ghost. Nobody knew about her, nobody was looking for her.

Vanessa’s last stop was a foster home where Mother Maria told her that they didn’t have any child like the one she was describing.

Vanessa was about to leave when she ran into a nurse.

“I’m sorry, I was not paying attention”, Vanessa said while handling the documents that were now on the floor.

“It’s her… this is the girl I’m looking for!” Vanessa said excited… looking at one of the pictures on the floor.

“That cannot be possible”. The nurse answered. “That’s Veronica… She died two years ago”

Vanessa couldn’t believe it… she went home…

That same night, someone knocked on the door four times… She hesitated before answering… and again someone knocked four times… this time harder.

She opened the door.

Veronica was upset.

“What took you so long?” I’m hungry and tired!

Vanessa was certainly terrified, but she did as before.

As usual little Veronica fell asleep on the sofa. Vanessa took her to the bedroom and tucked her in…

When she left the room, she was shacking and she didn’t want to look back…

But after awhile her curiosity aroused and she went back to the room, Veronica was still sleeping. She tucked her in again and in that moment…

And in that moment, Vanessa saw Veronica disappear in front of her eyes.

There was a note on the bed.

“Thank you for the cake and milk! Now I have to go back to hell and your roommates are coming with me. They didn’t feed me when I was hungry, they didn’t let me in when I was tired.

“Thank you Vanessa, I wont forget about you!”

"Humans Can Lick too"

--Urban Legend--

It was Friday night, Laura was home alone, her parents went out to celebrate their 15th anniversary.
She was sixteen years old. This was the first time Laura was home alone, she was old enough, there was no necessity to call a Nanny, of course she could take care of herself, and besides her loyal companion “Cookie” her dog was next to her.

Being the first time she was alone, she didn’t know what to do, she called her friends, she watched TV, she read a book but soon she got bored and decided to just turn on the radio and listen to some music.
She sang along and Cookie sang with her too, they both were having so much fun playing to be a Pop Star

After a few songs, the station's broadcast was interrupted by an important alert;
"We interrupt this broadcast to inform you of the disappearance of one of the country's most deranged and corrupt asylum patients in the country.

This patient has been believed to escape about an hour ago from the most protected asylum facilities in the U.S. She has slaughtered 20 innocent men, women, and children in under an hour so this patient is considered extremely dangerous.

Please lock all your windows, doors, and any other place where someone will be able to gain access into your house. If you hear any strange noises or have any additional information please call your local authorities.

Again, Please… lock all entryways and access passages to your home. If you hear any strange noises or have any additional information please call your local authorities. Thank You for listening to this very important broadcast."

Although she immediately thought, “What are the chances of a lunatic psycho killer coming to my house?”, she frantically began to close and lock all windows, doors, and any other places she could think of that somebody could come in through. “Just in case, she thought”

After she finished, she cuddled up next to her trusty dog that had been with her all of her life. “You will protect me, right Cookie” and her beloved Cookie licked her hand as if to reassure her that he would indeed protect her, as he always did.
She called a friend, and talked on the phone for about an hour, she got tired and went to bed.

Before she went to sleep, she lowered her hand as far as it could reach to the floor next to her bed. As always her beloved dog licked her hand and reassured her that everything was all right.
About in the middle of the night, she heard a dripping sound coming from her bedroom restroom.
“But, I thought I turned the knob off after I brushed my teeth," she said under her breath”.

Thinking nothing of it because she was sure that nothing could happen to her due to the fact that she had closed all of the possible entryways in the house, she decided to get up and check the faucet.
Before she got up she repeated the same process as before she had gone to sleep.
She reached down, and sure enough her dog licked her hand. In a sleepy state, she reluctantly walked over to her restroom.

To her surprise the knob for the sink was completely shut off. She pressed the knob harder and went back to sleep…

Once again she woke up to the sounds of the dripping tap in the bathroom. She was scared.

“Cookie, are you there?” she asked as she dropped her hand down to pet her beloved dog, and once again Cookie was there to lick her hand and reassure her that everything was alright.

She laid down in her bed and closed her eyes, she tried to go back to sleep, but the sound was disturbing, it was getting louder..

Again she lowered her hand and Cookie licked it…

That’s enough”, she said as she got up… she headed to the bathroom...

and checked the sink again… it was closed, the noise was not coming from the sink…

Apparently the sound was coming from the shower.

The bathroom was really dark; the only light in there was the one coming through the window.

Since there was nothing to worry about, she decided not to turned on the light, she was just going to close the knob and go back to sleep.

She walked over the tub and almost fell, there was water all over the floor, or at least she thought it was water.

She reached over and pulled back the curtain.

She screamed in disbelief and horror at what she was witnessing. Her trusted dog was hanging dead from the shower's faucet.

The dripping sound, his blood dripping from his severed tongue.

As she began to cry, she went back into her room and turned on the lights.
As she was reaching for the phone to call for help, “Are you looking for something my child?” a strange voice asked…

As she stood in shock, an image appeared on the mirror on the wall.

Behind her was the asylum patient.

“Humans can lick too” she said…

“Humans can lick too My Beautiful Child, don’t you forget!”

The End!

Great special!

The black woman - was that Annie? She kinda looked like her...

The second story was touching, I liked that one best.

The third story - gah! I've met quite a few lunatics in my life, but thankfully no-one like your licking lady...

Brilliant storytelling, and great pictures, as always!

I liked the Licking story, and the little girl who would stop by for a meal. And the Black dogs....there is a haunting story about Black dogs. But it's not the same as the one you wrote. But oh so similar!!!!

Actually she is not Annie, but for some reason after I re installed BV most of my girls look like Annie, something to do with the fact that I lost almost all of my Sims, and skins, etc. so my default girls most of them look like Annie... :D

Hi Melissa! Thank you for reading, I'm glad you like the stories... The licking story gave me the creeps when i first read it... lol ...

Those were great! I expecially loved Veronica. Kind of heartwrenching in a scary sadistic way. I have a question though. The black dog story, if it crosses your path three times you will die! What if you have a black dog living with you? lol Hope I'm gonna be safe.

What a great story for Halloween! I had read or heard of the Humans Can Lick urban legend, but I really loved reading it, and the way you did the pictures was awesome.
I had never heard of the Veronica urban legend, but it was really beautiful - so sad, so haunting, and so spooky. And as for the first story - well, I just hope that I won't run into any black dogs - at least not for a very very long time ;D

Well done!!!

Hahahahahahaha! I loved the last one, you really built up suspense with your wonderful screenshots. Oh my goodness gracious, what a story!!!!!

Wow that last one was disturbing, actually the second one was my favorite, a lot like the godspells with the trial, just told in a more horror themed way. Actually the last one was pretty disturbing.

It was great to read, very strong stuff. And the last one had incredible and ewwww screenshots. The one of the blood of the bathtub was wow, ewww, and ouch. All of that.

Lizzy said...

I personally liked the second one the most, but the other two were great too!
The pictures were great, they made the stories even creepier, I think.
Were did you get that blood from?
It looked really cool, and pretty real.

Thank you everyone for reading and commenting on my Halloween Special! :D

I'm glad you like the pictures and the stories as well :D lol

Wow! CREEPY...but I love all three! I guess Veronica gave me the most chills though.

I have 3 black dogs, so I guess I'm done for, LOL. Maybe I have immunity after living with them so long?

The mental patient was scary! OMG! I would've been out of that house and with friends right after the radio broadcast!

All three were great and very entertaining. I wish I had found them Halloween night, but they're just as powerful now. Great job, and beautiful pics!

Oh sweet heavenly Father, that last story really creeped me out! I lost one of my socks onto the floor somewhere in the middle of the story and stuck my hand down to fetch it and then I realised what was happening in the story and my hand came up in an instant and ALL the lights are now turned on! I need some Disney tonight before I go to sleep...

The Veronica story was heartpounding to, kids in general freak me out but she certainly "stole the cake" (that may be a Norwegian expression, I don't know)...

Great spin choosing a black dog instead of cats! I though She was going to jump from the balcony, but I liked your ending better!
